At Lioara, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers.
Delivery Coverage
Currently, Lioara ships products across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing & Delivery
- All orders are processed within 1 business day of order confirmation.
- Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Deliveries to remote, interior, or difficult-to-reach locations may take 10–12 business days.
Delivery Acceptance
- A signature may be required upon delivery of your order.
- If you are unavailable to receive the package, you may authorize a family member, colleague, neighbor, or another representative to accept the delivery on your behalf.
- Lioara shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from orders received and signed for by an authorized third party.
Damaged Products
Any concerns regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported to us within 7 business days of delivery by emailing hello@lioara.in. Our team will review the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹399.
- For orders below ₹399, a standard shipping charge of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.
